We will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please send an email to peachesandpineinfo@gmail.com to make a return request and provide the following information:

• Order Number
• First and Last name
• Product names that you want to return (Name-Color-Size)
• Reason for return

After inspection for quality, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. You should see the refund within 2-3 business days after that, but times may vary depending on each bank.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
